Requirements
  • Based out of Toronto (willing and able to travel to office at least 1-2 days)
  • CPA, CFA or CBV designation preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A and financial modeling
  • Experience working for PE backed portfolio companies (Preferably SaaS focused) with maturing processes, or have grown extensively with a company that went public.
  • A proven leader with the ability to effectively manage and develop an FP&A team
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite preferable
  • A self-starter who thrives on delivering results
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to identify and communicate strategic opportunities
  • Working in an EST timezone is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Consolidating rolling forecasts with the director and reviewing with executives against annual planning
  • Owning the monthly actuals performance against budget & forecast and identifying variances
  • Driving the Platform and Services P&L along with managing all other Expenses (G&A, S&M, R&D) with the FP&A Team
  • Managing the hiring plan with an analyst and providing meaningful insights for key hiring decisions
  • Championing systems & scaling processes in support of the Senior Manager, FP&A Systems's goal
  • Working closely with the Financial Operations team in forecasting, tracking, and reporting on cash management
  • Compliance with Information Security Policies and executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches, or policy violations
