Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or retail industry in a strategy, innovation, product/program development and/or product/program operational role
  • Strong strategic mindset: ability to build robust business value plans, and visualize short- and long-term goals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry business models (e.g., pharmacy, insurance, healthcare services)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to strategically tailor written, visual, or verbal messages for internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Strong storytelling skills: proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly create, format, and edit visually appealing presentations
  • Strong acumen for data-driven decision-making; experience with using quantitative data/analytics and qualitative frameworks to distill complex information and inform assessments of business priorities and tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated agility and strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team towards time-sensitive goals in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with project management; ability to prioritize across stakeholders, identify risk & mitigation strategies to ensure success, & manage timelines to keep teams on track
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product/service roadmap across pilot & at scale
  • Utilize industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and internal / external data to support product strategy and growth optimization
  • Conduct market research to inform ongoing market entry decisions
  • Coordinate across Pharmacy and Front Store teams to deliver differentiated offerings (e.g., subscriptions, loyalty rewards, etc.)
  • Identify synergistic business opportunities (e.g., pharmacy, care delivery, merchandising, loyalty, managed care, etc.) to enhance scaling & growth strategy
  • Develop long-term approach for CVS to influence and build trusted partnerships in newer healthcare spaces
  • Support execution of new product pilot in 150+ stores by coordinating key activities across CVS SME teams (e.g., Marketing, Trade, Patient Safety, IT, Legal, Pharmacy Operations, etc.)
  • Support team in ensuring timely visibility and collaboration across large, cross-functional working team and facilitating regular stakeholder and leadership updates
  • Translate vision & strategy into actionable timelines to produce successful outcomes
  • Identify and support consumer research sprints and data analyses to help relevant teams deliver multi-channel consumer awareness/adoption strategy for pilot and at scale (e.g., Marketing, SMS/Email, Digital web/app, etc.)
  • Partner with PEx and other CVS consumer experience teams to capture consumer sentiments and feedback on new product
  • Create consumer journey maps to identify potential feature enhancements (including in-store and digital interactions) and inform product roadmap
