Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and marketing-focused UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for solving complex problems through design.
Responsibilities
  • Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused designs for landing pages, marketing websites, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage user research, A/B testing, analytics, and heatmaps to refine and improve UX/UI.
  • Work with marketing teams to align designs with campaign goals and with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.
  • Design with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in mind to ensure an inclusive user experience.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
