What will my day-to-day look like as an intern?

Each day is a little bit different as an intern, so if you value variety in your day, Frazier & Deeter is for you! Your internship may include, but will not be limited to, the following:

ADVISORY

• Gain exposure to a variety of clients (SOC, Business Advisory, PCI, HITRUST, SOX)
• Working directly with seniors and managers on engagements in various industries
• Traveling to client sites and being an active contributor on your teams
• Working on ad-hoc projects for the department as they arise
• Building relationships with team members and Frazier & Deeter clients
• Reviewing feedback with your seniors and managers to continue to improve your work
• Networking with FD staff at firm social events

What skills do I need?

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate professionalism
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to follow through on assignments
• The openness to giving and receiving honest feedback
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be pursuing an Accounting degree (Tax & Audit Only)
• Must be pursuing an Accounting, MIS, CIS, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics degree (Advisory Only)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites (Audit & Advisory Only)
