Requirements

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various teams within HopHR to drive customer satisfaction and identify growth strategies.
- Perform engaging product demonstrations and tailor presentations to potential clients’ needs.
- Keep precise records of sales activities, ensuring data-driven strategies and transparency.
- Produce and distribute marketing content including white papers, case studies, blog entries, webinars, and videos.
- Execute a mix of marketing efforts, both paid and organic, to enhance HopHR’s brand presence.
- Represent HopHR at industry events, conferences, and seminars, potentially involving up to 30% travel.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales tasks, ensuring a personalized approach to small and medium-sized clients.
- Actively seek out and develop new sales and marketing channels to boost HopHR’s reach and impact.
