Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting.
  • Industry expertise in healthcare, retail, and/or insurance.
  • The ability to lead programs rooted in integrity within our service lines of execution, technology, people, and strategy.
  • Deep experience in enterprise program management, project management, business analysis, change management, and/or process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile techniques and experience in organizational design and/or business strategy development.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Certification in any of the following: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR.
Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic leadership and accountability for the program and its dependent projects, ensuring successful execution from inception through transition to operations.
  • Establishing and leading program governance by defining robust controls, developing comprehensive program plans, and ensuring effective oversight.
  • Driving program execution and oversight of daily operations across projects and workstreams, with responsibility for managing budgets, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
  • Strategically planning and managing dependent projects to achieve defined business outcomes, optimizing resource utilization, and balancing priorities across the portfolio.
  • Facilitating high-impact communication with client executives, stakeholders, and team members, using multiple channels to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the initiative.
  • Employing a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring delivery of measurable business and organizational outcomes.
