Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience as testing consultant with emphasis on IVR, telecommunications and contact centre testing
  • Experience leading projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter
  • Working experience in a formal Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle process and testing methodologies; adherence to good testing practices; expertise in planning, designing and execution of complex testing solutions including Functional, Regression, and End to End testing
  • Proficiency in identifying Test Scenarios, Creating and updating Test cases, Test data, Executing test cases, Logging and Tracking Defects
  • Ability to effectively communicate with QA Analysts, Test Leads, Developers and Business Analysts
  • Must have previous IVR and interface testing experience, including skills based routing testing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or Business
  • Excel and Rational Experience
  • QA Certification Highly desired
Responsibilities
  • Lead testing projects to completion in the IVR and contact centre domain.
  • Plan, design and execute complex testing solutions including Functional, Regression, and End to End testing.
  • Identify test scenarios, create and update test cases, test data, execute test cases, and log and track defects.
  • Communicate effectively with QA Analysts, Test Leads, Developers and Business Analysts.
  • Perform IVR and interface testing including skills-based routing testing.
  • Ensure adherence to formal Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle processes and testing practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
