- Stock Hispanic Brands products at customers' locations in assigned locations.
- Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through merchandising strategies, including rotating products.
- Ensure pricing matches current promotions and that current marketing and promotional materials are displayed.
- Protect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions.
- Optimize brand presence in designated areas.
- Provide customer service and assess customer needs to recommend products.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers.
- Create weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- The ability to motivate oneself and others is preferred.
