The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to partner with our Commerce and Guest GM’s to drive initiatives including business planning, corporate strategy, and strategic projects. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers for the Guest and Commerce teams, and partner with them in monthly, quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning discussions.
• Analyze business results, forecast to actual variances, and trends and communicate important takeaways and actionable insights, including identifying risks and opportunities
• Design, implement and track important metrics to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance
• Collaborate across GTM, R&D, and Business Intelligence to identify and understand complex relationships between key drivers of our business
• Act as a strategic partner, providing financial expertise and guidance on how to evaluate multiple investment opportunities to drive sustained revenue growth
• Complete ad-hoc business projects and financial modeling analysis that drive decision-making
• Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights
• Grow and develop a team of high performing financial professionals

Do you have the right ingredients*?(Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives
• Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
• Track record of leading, growing, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on hands-on development and coaching
