- Monitor and analyze external asset-management companies as part of socially responsible investment due diligence.
- Produce periodic and ad hoc reports, including management comments, thematic notes, external-fund analysis notes, and socially responsible investment reports.
- Work with the marketing and business-development department to promote the funds to distribution partners and the markets.

ThIA Santé Mentale has raised €5 million in a Series C round led by IRDI Capital Investissement, with participation from Sofilaro Innovation, Generali, AG2R La Mondiale, and individual investors via Tudigo. The company has supported over 30,000 patients and reduced average waiting times for psychiatric care to nine days. Founded in 2022 by Dr Yann Quintilla and Frédérique Mozziconacci, ThIA developed AviPsy, a coordinated care model between psychologists and psychiatrists. The platform has achieved a 38% reduction in anxiolytic consumption and 58% decrease in sick leave amongst patients. The funding will support territorial expansion, insurer partnerships, digital ecosystem development, and deployment of a remote monitoring medical device for preventing depressive relapses. ThIA aims to support over 100,000 patients annually by 2030.
Paris, December 2, 2025 – Bitstack, France’s leading Bitcoin savings application, announces today a $15 million Series A funding round led by 13books Capital, with participation from existing investors AG2R LA MONDIALE, Plug and Play Ventures, Serena, Stillmark and Y Combinator.
Insurance firm La Mondiale SAM raised €500 million of Tier 2 debt, with a final book also more than triple the deal size at above €1.69 billion.
Goodvest, a responsible investment platform, has raised €12M in a Series B round led by Serena, with participation from business angels and existing investors. The funding will help expand its economic and social impact offerings. Goodvest, founded in 2020, offers investment solutions aligned with the Paris Agreement, excluding harmful industries and focusing on sectors like renewable energy. The company estimates its portfolios have avoided over 100,000 tons of CO₂e.
Klaro has raised €2 million to enhance employee purchasing power, with an additional €1 million loan, totaling €3 million in funding. The investment comes from Asterion, Malakoff Humanis, and AG2R La Mondiale, who also participated in Klaro's previous €2 million funding round in 2022. Founded in 2020, Klaro offers a SaaS platform to help companies attract and retain employees, particularly benefiting those with modest incomes.
