Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Equivalent years of work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • 15+ years experience as a senior product leader in a B2B enterprise software / SaaS / Cloud infrastructure company, with a track record of bringing successful products to market
Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points. Analyze market data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with product value and market dynamics.
  • Conduct pricing analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Gather feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Develop business projections and ROI analysis to support product investments.
