Requirements
  • BA/BS, and MBA highly desirable
  • 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, corporate strategy, GTM strategy, or Product management at a leading technology company
  • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to run end-to-end research projects, & distill meaningful insights from complex data sets, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders
  • Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects and a commitment to improvement
  • Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the construction technology landscape in each of the markets Procore operates in and how that landscape is shifting across macroeconomic, competitive, and regional industry trends
  • Establish and maintain a framework to analyze Procore's maturity across our go-to-market (GTM) efforts and product-market fit (PMF) in each of our key markets
  • Collaborate with Procore's Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations to best understand granular industry and customer trends to inform our GTM/PMF maturity
  • Collaborate with Procore's Product & Technology organizations to understand and influence Procore's product roadmap and capabilities based on our company-wide strategy and market maturity
  • Analyze internal and external market data in order to support trend analysis and market prioritization
  • Partner across the executive layer of the business to help develop a go-to-market strategy that leverages our maturity matrix to best support each market
