Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or have completed relevant education in IT support.
  • Basic understanding of various IT areas, including but not limited to: New Computer/User Setups, Basic Network & DNS Troubleshooting, Printer Setup and Troubleshooting, Windows and Mac OS
  • Developing verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for maintaining and storing inventory.
  • Oversee packing, shipping, and tracking of items maintaining documentation and shipping logs.
  • Process customer equipment following Standard Operating Procedures and communicate status with customers.
  • Assist with procurement for internal and customer needs.
  • Assist in monitoring the schedule and queue for incoming requests, ensuring prompt attention to service requests.
  • Assist with office operations such as restocking and maintaining snacks, drinks, and other office supplies.
  • Support clear and frequent communication of ticket and product statuses to stakeholders through various channels, including the ticketing system, phone, and chat.
  • Learn to identify and escalate technical and scheduling challenges according to established policies to ensure swift resolution
  • Support efforts to encourage customer surveys and contribute to maintaining a targeted Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
  • Assist in documenting work performed and time spent using appropriate systems and protocols.
  • Be open to learning and occasional travel to provide onsite support as required by our service coordinator.
