Responsibilities
  • Producing and writing Metro’s email newsletters across a wide variety of topics including News, Politics, Sports and Gaming
  • Assisting the Newsletter Editor with the development of new newsletter products
  • Working with commercial teams on partnerships to support newsletter monetisation, including ad placements
  • Applying insights from analytical platforms to achieve editorial and commercial goals
  • Liaising with writers across the newsroom and editing their newsletter copy prior to publication in accordance with high editorial standards
  • Producing assets and copy as needed for newsletter promotions and crossover collaboration with external partners
