Requirements
  • Familiarity with Nextflow, or other workflow scripting languages
  • Previous experience using Fiji/ImageJ for image data analysis
  • Confidence working in the Linux terminal environment
  • Prior experience with the Python, Java and/or Groovy programming languages
Responsibilities
  • Processing our large-scale next-gen brain microscopy imaging data using our internally developed pipelines and overseeing its successful execution
  • Performing QC analysis on the produced results and perform manual interventions where needed
  • Occasionally performing annotation work involving image segmentation and semantic classification which you will be trained for as part of your onboarding
  • Working closely with wet lab and microscopy scientists to optimize data analysis and acquisition processes
  • Troubleshooting problems and collaborating on improvements
  • Engaging in a culture of excellent documentation, preparation of reports, and presenting results internally and externally
Desired Qualifications
