Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, program management, or a related role.
  • Experience working for a software-as-a-service provider, preferably within marketing technology, customer engagement, customer relationship management, loyalty, or customer experience solutions.
  • Direct experience in customer loyalty, loyalty program management, customer engagement, retention marketing, customer relationship management marketing, or related customer experience fields.
  • Demonstrated success bringing software products or features through the entire process from concept to launch and adoption.
  • Experience gathering and translating customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of artificial-intelligence-enabled personalization, customer intelligence, or emerging artificial intelligence applications within marketing technology.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of software-as-a-service product architecture and underlying web and coding technologies required for product development.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key contributor to the strategic direction and roadmap of the loyalty execution platform.
  • Explore avenues for new features, functionality, and platform improvements that improve client outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Develop cases, product requirements, and implementation plans for new capabilities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, market demand, strategic fit, and business impact.
  • Help define and complete the company's vision for incorporating artificial intelligence throughout the customer loyalty experience.
  • Find opportunities for technology-based capabilities that enable clients to deliver more personalized customer journeys, communications, offers, rewards, and experiences.
  • Evaluate emerging artificial intelligence technologies, tools, and market developments to determine their applicability within the loyalty platform.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to translate artificial intelligence concepts into scalable product functionality.
  • Develop use cases and requirements for predictive, recommendation, segmentation, and personalization capabilities that create measurable client value.
  • Find opportunities to integrate Epsilon's differentiated data, activation, identity, and digital assets into the platform focused on loyalty.
  • Stay current on trends, innovations, driven offerings, and emerging technologies within the customer loyalty, customer engagement, artificial intelligence, and marketing technology industries.
  • Monitor industry developments and recognize opportunities to strengthen the platform's competitive position.
  • Anticipate future client needs and evolving market requirements to inform long-term product strategy.
  • Establish ongoing processes for collecting and analyzing feedback from clients, prospects, sales teams, and customer-facing partners.
  • Conduct customer interviews, discovery sessions, and market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, user experience/user interface, data, and business team members throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.
  • Utilize design and prototyping tools to develop working, demonstrable prototypes of product functionality.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs, business goals, and platform architecture.
  • Communicate product strategy and enhancement releases throughout the organization to inform sales, engineering, leadership, and other groups.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with loyalty management platforms, rewards programs, customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, customer relationship management systems, or marketing automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of customer data, personalization, segmentation, predictive modeling, and loyalty analytics.
  • Experience helping define or implement artificial-intelligence-driven product capabilities within a software-as-a-service environment.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
