Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of sales leadership with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams;
  • 5 to 8 years of channel experience;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills;
  • Growth minded – adapts quickly to change in a high-growth environment;
  • Action-oriented – someone who loves to act quickly and drive for results;
  • Problem solver – ability to uncover challenges and find solutions;
  • Two-tier channel model experience is a bonus;
  • The ability to travel to the US and possibly internationally;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Sales performance – Responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales- both resellers and distributors.
  • Funnel management & forecasting – Support your team in managing their partner sales funnel and accurately forecasting the associated revenue.
  • People development – Mentor and coach your team to be top performers ensuring they have the resources, knowledge, and support they need to excel.
  • Internal collaboration – Be the channel representative and voice of our partners internally on cross-functional initiatives that will impact channel.
  • Planning and growth – Leverage data and analytics in addition to industry knowledge to understand areas of opportunity and develop in market strategies and tactics that will deliver results against the company’s strategic channel initiatives.
  • Strategic partnerships – Build relationships with top strategic partners to ensure multi-threaded relationships.
  • Channel community – Be the channel expert internally and develop a strong presence in the channel community that elevates personal and company brand.
