What you’ll get to do:

• Ensure safe and efficient operations of the retail yard locations managing both capital resources and labor
• Report on production, safety, goals and efficiencies to management. Initiate necessary action to meet department goals and personnel needs.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Work closely with sales department to coordinate shipping and receiving of materials.
• Interpret and administer company policies.
• Manage department and individual performance through direct and indirect supervision of employees.
• Manage all customer relationships in order to retain current customers and attract new customers.
• Work in an outdoor environment.

What will make you successful:

• Experience in customer service leadership is required
• Profit and loss statement experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of machine operation
• Knowledge of OSHA and Safety compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations
