Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Jackson- Howell, NJ area! Case Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:30pm to 6:30pm; Friday 2:40pm to 5:40pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
- Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability during after-school hours
