- Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers IAITAM
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or business
- Prior experience in IT Asset Management
- Prior experience with software licensing
- Prior experience interpreting contracts
- Prior experience in a Citrix environment
- As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and tracking daily hardware and software requests, while maintaining compliance with applicable licensing terms and conditions, and company policies. You will assist with maintaining asset management systems through timely and accurate input of data, as well as overseeing work orders, all while collaborating with other internal teams to ensure suitable completion of requests and asset allocations
