Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, human resources transformation, human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, or a related people consulting environment is required.
  • Experience supporting or leading projects involving human resources transformation, human resources process redesign, organizational design, human resources service delivery, human resources technology or vendor management, talent processes, or performance management is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, including the ability to synthesize findings into clear and practical recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to create polished client-ready presentations and reports.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-service environment is required.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively with senior stakeholders, project leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail are required.
Responsibilities
  • Support and lead client engagements focused on human resources transformation, including human resources function design, service delivery improvement, process redesign, and people program effectiveness.
  • Advise business leaders and human resources stakeholders on human resources programs, talent practices, and human resources organization design to align people strategy with business priorities.
  • Conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and analysis to identify organizational and human resources process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop actionable recommendations related to human resources operating model design, human resources organizational structure, governance, process improvement, and employee-facing human resources practices.
  • Lead or co-lead internal and client meetings, manage project workflows, and coordinate deliverables across workstreams and stakeholders to keep engagements on track.
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to determine project direction, support hypotheses, and identify implications for clients.
  • Create client materials, including presentations, reports, summary exhibits, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
  • Contribute to engagements related to talent acquisition, performance management, promotion processes, human resources technology and vendor selection, and human resources organizational review.
  • Collaborate across lines of business and with cross-functional colleagues to support integrated client solutions.
  • Coach junior team members by providing guidance on analysis, work planning, and deliverable development.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge building, tools, methodology enhancement, and select proposal support, including the use of artificial-intelligence-enabled tools for research, analysis, content development, and day-to-day project execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading workstreams or day-to-day delivery for human resources transformation engagements.
  • Experience with human resources operating model design, human resources organizational review, process redesign, talent acquisition transformation, performance management redesign, and promotion process improvement.
  • Awareness of human capital management or point-solution technology used to power human resources.
  • Ability to connect business strategy to human resources program and operating model decisions.
  • Experience structuring executive-ready materials that translate data and analysis into observations and recommendations.
  • Comfort facilitating client discussions, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants and helping improve team delivery quality.
  • Exposure to governance, service delivery, employee experience, change adoption, or human resources technology enablement.
  • Experience building artificial-intelligence agents, GPTs, or similar tools to improve team efficiency, knowledge sharing, or client delivery.
