  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
  • Previous Product experience managing eCommerce Checkout and Payment.
  • Previous experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Hybris, ATG, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
  • Previous experience transforming from siloed shopping experience to an Omni-Channel.
  • The ability to synthesize data and problem-solve to influence business decisions and ensure effective outcomes.
  • Scrum Master Certification - is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Utilizes extensive knowledge of the market, competition, and current trends to create innovative, functional solutions to boost given product category. Solves complex challenges and problems by offering multiple creative and differentiating solutions.
  • Organizes workshops with product users to discover and validate hypotheses and develops optimal solutions for the product, ensuring solutions align with product strategies and are prioritized.
  • Uses a data-driven approach to consistently redefine priorities of product category, leading discussions with stakeholders for alignment on recommendations. Manages prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational support, maintaining regulatory constraints.
  • Creates and drives the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for a given product category. Leads larger scale initiatives, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and business needs are met.
  • Leads project change management, using tools and methodologies to define and evaluate change, and delivering change mitigation requirements to the business.
  • Identifies documentation needs, articulates, and guides the creation of business process flows, use cases diagrams, user journey mapping, and training documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
