  • In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program or beyond
Responsibilities
  • Support the full marketing team by managing all procurement requests and requirements
  • Work closely with Wasabi’s marketing vendors to support them in their relationship with Wasabi Marketing
  • Be the conduit between the Legal and Accounting departments at Wasabi and the marketing team
  • Own continuous training of the marketing team on the rules and requirements for procurement
  • Help improve budget and procurement processes by refining and implementing new process improvements
  • Own the day-to-day tactical budgeting needs of the department, including weekly maintenance, PO review, and reporting
  • Project manage the Marketing Technology Stack, understanding where Wasabi is making investments, what we should continue to utilize and move forward with and where we can invest in new tech to support our marketing efforts
  • Project management for a variety of marketing initiatives
  • Manage all Marketing Operations training and opportunities for the broader marketing department
