This capability allows rights holders to access our cutting edge technology and allows our customers to bundle additional content into their existing subscription, while allowing new customers interested in just one sport to subscribe via DAZN. Our next goal is to become the world’s largest sports broadcaster and one of the biggest entertainment services on the planet. We know that growth really starts with keeping our existing customers engaged and retained. In this role, you will be 100% dedicated to CRM & Marketing Analytics for the NFL Gamepass International product, reporting to the Lead Retention Analyst at DAZN with a dotted line to the Head of CRM for Gamepass, International at DAZN.
Your role will be to collaborate with the NFL CRM, marketing and consumer teams, DAZN central retention strategy team and market specific DAZN retention teams to develop insights and analytics outcomes that drive data, creative and targeting strategy and enable evaluation of CRM and digital marketing execution. You will continuously focus on test and learn, leveraging our vast data and insight capabilities to touch our customers in ways that create emotional connections that lead to platform and content engagement. You will have visibility of all NFL programs across all markets and act to ensure testing is co-ordinated and learnings are implemented across all markets.
This role will be based in Hammersmith. As our new CRM Analyst you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Use Optimove, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake and more to provide analysis and reporting for key stakeholders across the NFL Gamepass DAZN portfolio, focussed on support for the DAZN NFL CRM team.
- Provide insights and recommendations to all levels of the organisation, from executive leadership to the CRM and digital teams planning and executing CRM & Digital campaigns.
- Drive our micro segmentation strategy in Optimove and work with CRM colleagues in order to drive targeting tactics and initiatives to enable high levels of upsell, crossgrades, engagement and retention.
- Provide a robust reporting framework for evaluation of all campaign driven and wider lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Drive your own success – there are loads of projects to get stuck into, and our CRM partners are looking for a proactive and strategic approach to providing data in support of these.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience delivering data-driven insights and recommendations in an analytical role.
- A proactive and flexible approach, willing and able to support changing priorities.
- Knowledge of SQL and a visualisation tool.
- Successfully communicated complex data to lots of people with various levels of data literacy.
- An interest in retention strategies and ideas of how data can be used to develop these.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Open-minded, flexible approach and a positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and business change.
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a focussed workload, to tight deadlines.
