  • Ability to create collateral in the forms of process workflows, user stories, operational readiness guides, and training materials
  • Experience working with IT business leads and process owners to optimize their business process operations
  • Strong Consulting Skills including meeting & facilitation skills and collaboration and communication skills
  • Organizational change management and project-based delivery experience
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness
  • Translate the business need into functional requirements to be delivered on by our team
  • Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions across multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Defining industry and DRW specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow

  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow areas such as CSM, ITAM, ITSM, or SPM
