Job Summary

The Total Rewards Associate is responsible forcompleting administrative tasks for the Total Rewards team. This includes handling invoices and billing, generating reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The associate supports the team by maintainingdatabases, preparing documentation, and assisting with the implementation of various total rewards programs. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Total Rewards team.
Major Responsibilities
Provide 3 -5 major responsibilities of the role and identify key activities within each area. Indicate the percentage (%) of time normally spent on each major responsibility with the total equalling 100%.
Supporting the Total Rewards team (100%)
Billing: Manage and process billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation: Perform regular GL reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Credit Card Payment Processing & LOA Agreements: Handle credit card payment processing for benefits related to leaves of absence (LOA). Manages incoming LOA Agreements from HCSC.
Data Management: Update and maintain data for dashboards, ensuring information is current and accurate.
Reporting: Run, analyze, and share data reports to support decision-making processes.
Site Maintenance:Maintain and update Daily Hub sites to ensure they are functioning properly and meet organizational standards.
Process Formalization: Formalize processes into Word documents to standardize procedures and improve efficiency.
Educations & Professional Certification (Required and/or Preferred)
