Looking for a remote technical training position in the healthcare industry?

DaVita is hiring a Technical Trainer to work remotely in IT Learning & Development.  Successful individuals in this role are proficient in technical training and display excellent facilitation skills to create an engaging learner experience.  The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, values continuous learning, and is curious and innovative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on DaVita proprietary clinical applications and MS Office products
• Able to adapt to individual adult learning styles by applying learner-centered principles
• Communicate effectively, assisting customers via phone and video conference platforms
• Develop needs assessment to deliver training as requested
• Function as a SME in proprietary software
• Collaborate within a well-established team
• <10% domestic travel (potential)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of technical training experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Adult Learning and/or Training Certification (preferred)
• Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
• Versed in Microsoft Office Products/M365
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and/or other virtual meeting software
• Self-Starter and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management/organizational skills
