Responsibilities
  • Work across customer accounts as part of a customer specialist team, developing expertise in the insights, models, and data quality behind those accounts.
  • Own customer outcomes in the assigned area by driving action on insights, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality, contributing to customer retention alongside the Account Manager.
  • Use specialist expertise to solve customer problems, turn data into clear recommendations, build trust in the methodology, and maintain accurate, flowing data.
  • Support onboarding new customers by helping establish integrations, first insights, and early trust in the model to meet time-to-value targets.
  • Identify risks such as stalled adoption, data issues, and model pushback, and act before they threaten customer relationships.
  • Handle relevant customer-facing interactions and build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and specialist teams, feed customer insights to Product, and maintain alignment through regular progress updates.
  • Use the Gen AI hub to find more efficient ways of working.
  • Engage with senior leadership and C-level executives at retail brands.
  • Participate in cross-functional learning and collaboration across the business.
  • Complete in-person training covering business storytelling, account management, market research, product management, and financial management.

  • Hands-on exposure to Gen AI tooling.
  • Previous start-up experience is not expected.
  • A technology-related degree is not required.
