Requirements
  • Integrity, professionalism, good verbal and written communication skills, task orientation, time management, cultural sensitivity, and team orientation.
  • Knowledge of treasury and financial product characteristics.
  • Bilingual communication ability.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL tools and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • User-acceptance testing experience.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the OPICS system development plan Phase III project, including workflow testing of booking, payment, parameter, accounting, and interface functions.
  • Verify daily transactions, including foreign exchange, money market, interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, commercial paper, and renminbi clearing settlements.
  • Perform settlement for corporate money market funds.
  • Complete confirmation matching.
  • Check that all payments are received and paid.
  • Reconcile settlement accounts and report on accuracy.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly revaluations and report results to First and Second Line Units.
  • Report settlement issues and suspicious activities to management.
  • Prepare documents and responses to information requested by internal and external audits and Head Office.
  • Draft and update product procedures for review and approval.
  • Perform user-acceptance testing for new products and projects.
