NOCD announced it will make intensive OCD treatment available nationwide through its virtual intensive outpatient programme (IOP). The programme allows members to receive three hours of structured treatment per day, four days per week, combining group and individual exposure and response prevention therapy from home. The company named a leadership team to scale the programme nationally. David Cohn will serve as general manager of intensive therapy programmes, Patrick McGrath as chief clinical officer, and Jamie Feusner as chief medical officer. The IOP currently serves members in Colorado, Montana, Michigan, and Texas, with expansion underway to six additional states. The programme accepts private pay, with in-network insurance coverage expanding through existing health plan partnerships. NOCD operates on the Noto platform, which powers a network of over 1,200 specialty-trained therapists delivering more than one million OCD therapy sessions per year.
