Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
  • Provide guests with detailed menu information and assist with special requests
  • Upsell food, beverages, and premium services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
  • Coordinate with the F&B team to maintain smooth service operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints gracefully
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
  • Assist in organizing special events, VIP services, and private dining experiences
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards in all F&B areas
