As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
• Provide guests with detailed menu information and assist with special requests
• Upsell food, beverages, and premium services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
• Coordinate with the F&B team to maintain smooth service operations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints gracefully
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
• Assist in organizing special events, VIP services, and private dining experiences
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards in all F&B areas

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest service orientation with attention to detail
• Proven ability to upsell F&B products and services effectively
• Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards and luxury service expectations
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and etiquette
• Multilingual skills are an advantage (especially English, Arabic, or other major languages)
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, team player, and polished presentation
