Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and feedback being a positive role model to ensure the team's work meets high standards of quality.
  • Define, concept, design and implement a design strategy and vision aligned with the brand and needs to create exceptional and creative digital experiences.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Champion all areas of the Human-Centered Design process to create deliverables grounded in insight aiming to validate hypotheses.
  • Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions.
  • Design, oversee and implement Design systems for large scale brands.
  • Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, the final 5% matters.
  • Make the case for what you believe in, always advocating for the people who use our products and experiences.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful experiences.
  • Partner with our clients to ensure we understand their challenges and the users needs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
