  • BA/BS required (Business degree and/or emphasis in Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Product Management, Food Studies, or a related discipline strongly preferred)
  • 3-4 years of experience in physical product development in any of the following roles: brand management, consulting, product strategy, product management, project management, and/or category management
  • Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and work cross-functionally to manage a project
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing financial and consumer behavior data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in program or project management
  • Success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite; experiencing using Tableau visualizations to inform decision-making is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
  • CPG, D2C subscription, FoodTech or Retail experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Supply Chain GM, and Go-To-Market Lead to define and shape HelloFresh's physical product strategy and roadmap, including evergreen products and limited-time offerings.
  • Support and lead product launches, including developing business cases, scoping competitor insights, enabling downstream culinary & operation teams, formalizing testing approaches, defining marketing campaign strategies, and informing UX customer experience.
  • Partner with our consumer insights team to identify gaps with our current product offering, and propose solutions to fulfill customer need and drive incremental growth.
  • Conduct post-launch performance analyses evaluating launch success through financial and qualitative metrics to inform future iterations.
  • Work with the Go-To-Market Lead on product positioning and go-to-market campaign strategy ideation & execution.
  • Liaise cross-functionally between Operations, Procurement, Nutrition, Tech, and Legal to enable product launches.
