  • Proven experience managing paid media channels for a SaaS company or in a B2B tech environment
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, BI tools, or similar)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with Kandji’s marketing goals
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
  • Own the creation and testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting across platforms
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities

  • Global Campaign Management: Experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple regions with localization for diverse audiences
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Background: Expertise in designing and executing hyper-targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts, especially on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
