Requirements
  • Experience of working within a Funding Team to establish timely and accurate processing of daily deliveries via back office and systems (Leaselink and Salesforce)
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy of checking vehicle documentation from supplying dealer, to original Purchase order, to ensure accuracy and to respond swiftly to any discrepancies
  • Experience of Full & Part activating vehicles daily via systems (Salesforce and Back office)
  • A good understanding of Funding provider’s processes and procedures, to ensure Tusker sends the appropriate vehicles and documentation to enable swift payouts
  • Experience of allocating funder remittances onto accounting systems (Netsuite) and chasing any outstanding vehicles for payment and resolving any queries
Responsibilities
  • Assist both part and full activation roles within the team, by timely and accurate processing of daily deliveries via back office, Leaselink and Salesforce systems
  • Check vehicle documentation from supplying dealer to original Purchase order for accuracy and respond to discrepancies
  • Activate vehicles daily via systems (Salesforce and Back office)
  • Ensure appropriate vehicles and documentation are sent to enable swift payouts
  • Allocate funder remittances onto accounting systems (Netsuite) and chase outstanding vehicles for payment and resolve queries
Desired Qualifications
  • Any experience of the Accounting system Netsuite, Salesforce and also Leaselink would be an advantage but not essential
  • The successful individual will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship builder with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Be able to work well in a team

SAP-owned working capital management solutions provider Taulia has launched a virtual card partnership with Lloyds. This collaboration will see the companies issue Visa-enabled virtual cards, embedded across a variety of solutions available with the SAP business suite, Taulia announced in a Thursday (March 27) news release. “Through the partnership, Lloyds will extend credit to customers who have purchased the Taulia Virtual Cards solution, allowing companies to issue virtual cards to suppliers worldwide in a seamless B2B payment process,” the release said. “Combining Taulia’s scalable technology with Lloyds’ reach, the partnership offers an innovative and fully embedded payment solution that caters to UK customer needs.”
