  • Lead corporate compliance initiatives by collecting data, analyzing business trends, and identifying deployment gaps.
  • Research and address underperforming locations and negative trends.
  • Analyze market-specific business metrics to detect trends that could impact performance.
  • Perform trend analysis to enhance operational and technological value.
  • Evaluate customer portfolio profitability, margin opportunities, and deal compliance.
  • Enhance revenue growth by reviewing and optimizing Parking.com pricing.
  • Track deployment of our platform to maximize client value and promised cost savings.
  • Develop tracking tools for KPI’s and OKR’s and provide regular updates to the SVP.
  • Serve as liaison between SCP and Product groups to align on functionality needs and data requirements.
  • Propose and implement process improvements, tracking their effectiveness across markets.
  • Create weekly metric dashboards for operational guidance.
  • Conduct rate analysis to enhance revenue at locations.
  • Track deployment schedules to address potential delays and fill gaps.
  • Assist in tracking client P&L and budget creation. Scrutinize P&L data to identify value or negative trends.
  • Manage a tracking tool for fixed assets.
  • Oversee Client AR with weekly follow-ups with the operations team.
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to deliver accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
