Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently coordinate and manage the calendars of senior team members, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and conference calls, handling all logistical details with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless meeting execution.
  • Support the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and team meetings.
  • Oversee event logistics such as venue selection, catering, and technology setup to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and deliver events within allocated resources.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain organized departmental files and records, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Prepare polished reports, presentations, and documentation that support the team’s strategic objectives.
  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and schedules, ensuring all plans align with company policies and budgets.
  • Proactively resolve any travel-related issues to ensure smooth journeys for team members.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication within the Corporate Affairs team and across other departments.
  • Contribute to the success of special projects and initiatives by providing administrative, research, and analytical support.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
