Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our ride-hailing platform, ensuring alignment with Zoox’s overarching goals and the evolving demands of the market.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the ride-hailing ecosystem, including the user-facing app, backend fleet management systems, operational tools for dispatch and fleet monitoring, and the in-vehicle user experience.
  • Work closely with teams across engineering, product management, marketing, and fleet operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment on product objectives and deliverables.
  • Attract, hire, and inspire a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Advocate for the customer at every stage of product development, ensuring the ride hailing experience meets and exceeds user expectations. Define and monitor key metrics to track the success of the product, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Zoox is developing a fully integrated autonomous ride-hailing service with a vehicle designed specifically for self-driving. This vehicle features advanced sensors and AI systems for navigating urban environments and can comfortably accommodate four passengers. Unlike competitors that retrofit existing cars, Zoox's approach allows for optimized safety and efficiency, with a strong commitment to sustainability through fully electric vehicles.
