Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in either Global Payroll, Global Mobility, Payroll Accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills using MS Excel
  • Well-versed in using existing HR Systems, workday, and technology and tools, and MS Office software suite
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and regulations
  • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll or global mobility including US multi-jurisdiction reporting, wage sourcing, expatriate assignments, Shadow payroll reporting, and year-end requirements in the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Supports Global Traveler’s, Expatriate & tax equalization programs at Axon
  • Provides direction amidst changing business priorities to ensure compliance and legally sound solutions around working abroad
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
  • Provides timely guidance, support and advice to business management
  • Delivers anecdotal and analytical insights to Payroll organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global HR teams
  • Coordinate employee education around Traveler’s & non-resident return policies
  • Support short and long term compliance with EU Posted Worker compliance
  • Monitor and communicate international compliance changes
  • Assist with acquisition and implementation of new international entities
  • Provide Global accounting audit support
  • Administer and improve upon annual travel surveys and data collection
  • Supporting expatriate assignments at Axon
  • Review expense details for mobility related expenses
  • Partner with Global Payroll organization on cross training and assisting with payroll and accounting needs
  • Coordinate requirements with immigration team for visa needs
  • Assist in developing guardrails for expatriate support
  • Upload and maintain all proper documentation needed by Ernst & Young
  • Ensure proper setup in Workday, CloudPay, Expensify and other supporting systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Executes roadmap to ensure compliance and administration of Global employment and tax reporting requirements
  • Effectively communicate with leaders and team members
  • Prioritize and own multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work independently and as a team collaborator
