Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge/experience with Planview is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Work closely with project managers across the businesses to support project planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Partner with PMO leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate project status, KPIs, and portfolio health.
  • Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and administrator for Planview project management software.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to project teams on Planview usage and reporting.
  • Oversee the PMO SharePoint site, ensuring it is structured, current, and a central hub for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives across global locations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams across engineering, supply chain, regulatory, and quality functions.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
