  • 1-3 years of experience with CRM, inclusive of deploying email marketing / SMS campaigns and using CRM software; experience with Braze a plus
  • General understanding of HTML and CSS for email; experience coding emails a plus
  • Experience with email best practices for design, testing, copy writing and mobile optimization; experience using Litmus and Figma a plus
  • Comfortable using enterprise level analytics tools, such as Tableau, as well as measuring performance of email marketing campaigns, analyzing results and presenting concise findings and recommendations to a broader group
  • Excited about optimizing the customer journey and thinking about tactics that encourage customers to take a desired action
  • Understands CAN-SPAM compliance and considerations for email marketing
  • General knowledge of segmentation and personalization in email marketing and ability to bring new ideas to the table
  • Extremely detail and process oriented, with excellent level of project management and QA skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time, hit deadlines and work independently
  • Execute marketing campaigns via email, SMS and other channels to Sesame customers as well as separate communications to Providers on the Sesame platform
  • Design, write, set-up/code, QA and deploy email marketing campaigns while making sure to keep our brand tone of voice top of mind
  • Manage operational processes including the editorial calendar ensuring monthly campaigns and cadence fall in line with overall business goals
  • Conceptualize, build and execute on automated lifecycle emails, triggers and drip campaigns to help grow and mature the CRM program
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams (marketing, design, product, data analytics) to understand product launch timelines, data needs, engineering dependencies, design collateral needed, etc
  • Contribute to the CRM segmentation strategy by using data and creativity to build segments and identify areas of opportunity for A/B testing
  • Brainstorm new ideas for email campaigns and blog content with the goals of continuing to engage our active email audience and re-engage lapsed customers
  • Closely track email performance and file health, and identify areas of optimization for engaging various segments depending on where they are in their user journey
  • Analyze and report out on marketing campaigns, presenting key results to a broader group as necessary
