  • 3+ years of experience at the Brigade level and above in an operational or logistics role
  • 3+ years of experience with planning, coordinating, and executing live, virtual, and constructive exercises at the Brigade level and above
  • 2+ years of experience in working with NATO or partner nation forces
  • 1+ years of experience with leading an exercise planning team through the Joint Event Life Cycle
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience with European Theater Plans and Operations (Nice to have)
  • 2+ years of experience as a staff member on a 2-star Division Staff or higher (Nice to have)
  • TS/SCI clearance (Nice to have)
  • Bachelor's degree (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and assess Army exercises
  • Work alongside thought leaders in Army operations and exercise planning on projects for the Army client
  • Develop exercises that will build the readiness of the Army to counter strategic threats in Europe
