Marketing at Wealthfront is a fun, nimble team with ambitious goals to drive business results. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. Your goal will be to test and create lifecycle programs using existing and new marketing channels with the goal of growing assets, clients, and more. This ideal candidate is curious about understanding the customer journey at each stage of the funnel, thinks both strategically and executes at an operational level with ease, and is well-versed in quantitative and qualitative marketing insights and analytics.
This role is highly cross functional, working closely with Data Science & Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research and Creative to deliver on our goals. You have a consistent track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, being collaborative and finding opportunities to strategically uplevel new and ongoing marketing efforts.
This role sits on the marketing team and reports directly into the Lifecycle Lead . We’re a remote friendly team and open to candidates from both the US and Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage personalized, multi-channel marketing programs for lead conversion and increasing assets, cross-product adoption, and client acquisition.
- Work closely with Data Science & Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research and Creative to develop personalized programs developed with qualitative and quantitative insights that contribute to business goals.
- Understand Wealthfront’s customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage and behaviors.
- Oversee end-to-end development and management of lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, etc), including strategy, A/B testing, campaign development, reporting, and optimization.
- Measure and communicate performance and impact of marketing programs.
This role could be a fit if you have:
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience implementing and managing marketing automations for customers across the customer journey
- Experience defining and executing multi-channel engagement strategies
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate optimally with broad groups of partners and teammates
- Balanced strategic, analytical and operational thinker, with proven ability to extract insights that inform marketing strategy; SQL knowledge a plus
- Thrives as a self-starter in fast paced environments
- Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required
- Experience with Iterable, or other marketing platforms is a plus
- BS or MS, or equivalent professional experience

Estimated annual salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD plus Equity.
