Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant, full-time experience
  • A valued team player in a dynamic, autonomous, cross-functional, and agile team
  • Experienced in designing, analyzing, optimizing network infrastructure and troubleshooting large-scale global networks and systems
  • Previous experience with the following vendors; Palo Alto Networks, HPE/Aruba, AWS & GCP
  • Knowledge of Linux and programming (Python, Terraform) a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from design to implementation
  • Have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
  • Love working on a team where you constantly learn, experiment, and iterate quickly
Responsibilities
  • Engage in and improve the full lifecycle of the network service-from inception and design, through deployment, operation and optimization
  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring, monitoring and documenting
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate network issues and problems
  • Collaborate with internal Security teams to mitigate threats and implement best practices to harden the network
  • Contribute to a rotating on-call practicing sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems
