WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

Actively participate in OE projects/workstreams, with coaching and support to develop consulting capabilities

Deliver high quality client service delivery (CSD) to enable future business development opportunities

Develop OE consulting artifacts, such as change impact assessments, plans and communications; workshop agendas, materials, and outcomes; org design templates and documents; project tools, plans and status reports; etc.

Develop, curate and present polished information, findings, visualizations and recommendations; support team and client discussions to reach actionable conclusions and decisions

Conduct research and analysis to support project findings and recommendations 

Develop schedules and coordinate meetings; prepare materials to facilitate team discussions

Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients and other associates achieve their professional goals

Support business development activities, including writing project summaries/descriptions and updating resumes

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:  

B.A. or B.S. required

1.5 – 3 years of total experience; minimum of 1 year relevant experience

Demonstrated change management, project coordination, business analysis, and/or HR experience

Technology aptitude and experience

Experience being an effective member of a team

Consulting experience desired

Experience in at least one relevant industry desired

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The estimated salary range for this role is $76,000 - $123,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
