Requirements
  • Experience working with children through childcare, tutoring, teaching, coaching, or similar experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and email.
  • Physical ability to participate actively in all aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, including kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing.
  • Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
  • Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window.
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children in their homes.
  • Implement individualized behavior plans created by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor.
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage progress.
  • Collect session data and write progress notes.
  • Collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst and caregivers to support client development.
  • Engage in play-based learning activities that build trust and skills.
