Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Process daily Wire Transfers and/or ACH services as part of the Electronic Payments processing area.
  • Ensure that Wire and FX transactions processed have been completed accurately, and approved by the appropriate level of authority, with any exceptions clearly noted for Audit purposes.
  • Review incoming wires that do not auto post.
  • Balancing daily wire logs.
  • Uphold Bank policy & procedures relative to electronic payment processing.
  • Work with and support internal and external customers each day to provide efficient and quality service.
  • Work with BSA and Fraud departments as needed.
  • Review OFAC queues ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Process all Reg E/Remittance claims, complying with regulatory rules and timeframes.
  • Other duties as assigned by Electronic Payments Manager.
