Requirements
  • MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project OR a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines.
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
  • Apply IT enterprise management solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
  • Experience with network, system administration, and cyber infrastructure.
  • Experience in developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
  • Provide technical duties for developing, integrating, engineering, testing, training, cyber security, and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC.
  • As required, support C2BMC operations worldwide.
  • Support the CTF Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits.
  • Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews.
  • Work with many stakeholders to prioritize CTF simultaneous activities.
  • Develop briefings and present to leadership.
  • Work independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems.
