Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales objectives and key performance indicators for the assigned area.
  • Coordinate team members' work to provide a distinctive shopping experience while ensuring the store's routine activities are completed.
  • Support the training, development, and coaching of store employees.
  • Under the supervision of the Floor Manager or Store Manager, analyze store performance indicators and make the adjustments necessary to ensure commercial success within the assigned area.
  • Under the supervision of the Floor Manager or Store Manager, allocate resources and organize processes within the assigned area to improve efficiency and productivity in varied situations.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer-service leadership by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Under the supervision of the Floor Manager or Store Manager, supervise and coordinate the team to ensure optimal service for all customers, using digital tools and the digital catalog to enrich the products physically available in the store.
  • Coordinate collection of customer satisfaction feedback using the Qualtrics kiosk.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and consistently embody the brand's values and attitudes.
  • Use product expertise and brand knowledge to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product launches, campaigns, and events; communicate the information to the team and mobilize team members around these initiatives.
  • With support from the Floor Manager or Store Manager, ensure appropriate product, brand, and digital-tool training is provided or scheduled for team members.
  • With support from the Floor Manager or Store Manager, ensure proper management of assigned areas by requiring the team to follow visual-merchandising, in-store communication, and cleanliness standards that encourage customer purchases.
  • Follow store rules and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • With support from the Floor Manager or Store Manager, ensure product availability in the assigned area by coordinating replenishment between stock and the sales floor.
  • Supervise sales transactions and ensure they are processed quickly and correctly in accordance with cash-register procedures.
  • Under the responsibility of the Floor Manager or Store Manager, minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and following loss-prevention procedures.
  • Build a performance culture by setting clear expectations and objectives, analyzing performance, and providing regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the customer-service culture is deployed within the team.
  • Support store-team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development alongside the Floor Manager or Store Manager.
  • Model company values and coach teams accordingly.
  • Identify coaching and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance.
