Responsibilities
  • End-to-end leadership of the Talent Acquisition function across digital, tech, and production
  • Build and execute a high-impact Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with global business priorities
  • Manage and optimise a blended team across geographies (India & US)
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, including direct partnership with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Navigate high complexity—reporting into a senior global Talent Acquisition lead and interfacing with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Use data to drive decision-making, improve performance, and inform strategic workforce planning
  • Assess, evolve, and strengthen the team—supporting growth while making tough calls where needed
  • Lead from the front in a high-performance, fast-paced, 'sports team' culture
  • Work closely with Chapter 2 leadership while operating as an embedded leader within the client organisation
